Essence

Posted on December 27th, 2007 @ 12:58 am

Dear diary,

I’m listening to Il Divo elegant voices right now in my pink parlor. It’s 12am, 26th Decemeber 2007. I’m just back from shooting of drama series 情 牽 南 苑 .

It has been quite long since I last updated my blog. Apologies for my disappearance.

It is the end of the year; the most significant festival of the year is here again – Christmas + New Year and I’m busy having fun throughout my festive holiday.

I really wished that I did blogged about last year’s Christmas so that now I can read about it. But sad I didn’t. That’s why I MUST jot down my Christmas memories 2007 so that I can read about it in the future.

The essence of my holiday are:
1. My Trip to Cambodia

2. Christmas Shopping

3. Fine Dining

4. Alcohol

5. Flowers

6. Shooting

Stay tuned… there will be batch update coming up in my blog!

mixed feelings

Posted on December 16th, 2007 @ 3:01 am

Dear diary,

Today it marks the end of my short semester. I’m having mixed feelings – heavy-hearted yet relieved; joyful yet sorrowful.

After our exam, me and a few friends gathered in The Curve. We did nothing much besides having our dinner and cam-whoring. However, the chatters and laughters are what I’ll miss very much in the days to come.

Next semester (Jan 07), it’s not all about classes, assignment or exams anymore. It’ll be about us out there, working as an intern in our respective companies. As for myself, I’ll be attached to Astro. Currently, I’m still waiting for my offer letter to be issued.

Tomorrow I’ll be leaving to Cambodia for my very short 4 days 3 nights trip. I love to travel, i love to see more of the world.

3.57am, I’ve just finish packing. Now, i’m updating my i-shuffle’s playlist. It is always very interesting to have a soundtrack for each chapter of your life. Especially when you’re on a journey, music is essential!

4:16am, for the first time of my life…I feel sleepy at this hour. and I’m also super hungry.

gotta get some rest, catching a flight on 7am!

i’ll be back soon! with photos etc.

Evening Flames

Posted on December 14th, 2007 @ 7:33 pm

Dear diary,

Every evening when the sun goes down, I would unveil my blinds and make the scenery outside visible. 6.30pm: the sky is permeated with the bluish-purple tone.

I’ve just finish watching 舞动全城… i think it’s great! the theme evolves around Latin dancing. the moves are great to look at – graceful and tempting!

The passion of dancing is flaming inside me badly. I wish I have a dance floor with full length mirrors, just like the one in dance space. I really don’t wanna miss next week’s class but I’ve no choice but to miss it.

another typical midnight post

Posted on December 14th, 2007 @ 2:33 am

Dear diary,

2.35am. There is a sudden sadness in me. Multimedia exam is approaching. it’s one day away. i’m having a super slow progress of chunking in all notes to my mind. On the other hand, I’m getting so used to your companion every night while tomorrow you’ll be leaving. i just don’t like farewells.

I’d pizza for dinner earlier. i think i like mom’s cooking better. It’s more filling and healthier.

Tonight it’s gonna be a long night. i’m not gonna sleep again. because i slept my day away. i can’t afford to sleep my night away too. i’ve loads to accomplish, little time left.

The air-cond is on for the whole day already. i feel my skin kinda dry. glad to own Vichy Thermal Spa Water mist.

i want the exam to be over real soon but i fear of everything that’s coming after that. i feel that i’m not ready for anything. and i know i shouldn’t feel that way. i need to reunite the confidence and positivity in me.

Read the quote on this picture. i think it applies to my life right now and I hope it applies to yours too. Always remember to take life the way you go!

Midnight Murmurs

Posted on December 13th, 2007 @ 3:25 am

Dear diary,

Ooops I did it again. It’s 3.26am and i’m still awake. I just warmed up the soup leftover from dinner earlier and swallowed it all up.

I just wanna whine about my spoilt mouse and my suspected problematic handphone which constantly receive delayed SMSs.

Let this ends!

Posted on December 12th, 2007 @ 10:17 pm

Dear diary,

Today I’m super sleepy throughout the afternoon.

I’ve been yearning for Coke since afternoon. The cafeteria downstairs wasn’t open. I can’t get any. :( I hope I have a Coke machine in my house.

I think my bio-clock needs correction urgently. I’ve been sleeping 7am and waking 2pm. Then I’ll have my nap till 6pm. The period between 2pm to 6pm, I’m most of the time blur. That means my most active period is 12 midnight till 6am where basically most of the people are asleep. and I feel like I’m living in a deserted island.

This condition is killing me. I know it’s not favoring my health. Help. Let this ends.

Christmas is around the corner!

Posted on December 12th, 2007 @ 1:29 am

Dear diary,

It has been a great Tuesday!

Today, I woke up quite late. I dislike my abominable lifestyle of ‘sleeping super late and waking super late‘. I need a Revolution!

During the wet and rainy afternoon, I decided to go out of the house with my laptop and notes. I settled down in The Curve’s Starbucks and flip through my notes with the companion of a dear friend. As usual, I have my ice-chocolate and earn Starbucks loyalty stickers.

me and my VAIO

I can smell Christmas! There are decorations, array of events, christmas gifts, music etc going on in the shopping mall. The festive mood permeates the air and turn the city into a warm, cozy, joyous and merry wonderland!!

“I can’t help but to love Christmas more!”

Sparkling bluish white lights during dusk!

Friendly people…

Although a bit over-exposed, but I love the background of this.

Peeping through the trees…

After my dear friend left, I began wandering from Borders to Elianto to Body Shop. I think I like Body Shop’s Perfume – particularly the mix ‘n’ match of Cassis Rose Eau de Toilette and Zestini Eau de Toilette. I didn’t manage to buy it and so I’ll dump that in to my Christmas Wishlist. Hope Santa hear my wish!

After my short solitary walk in The Curve, I drove to Hartamas. I have Latin dance class on 9pm. Since I reach early, I sat down at Starbucks with the companion of my laptop. This time I didn’t buy any drink since I’m just gonna sit here for like half an hour only.

It’s another Samba night in The Dance Space! I’m lovin’ it!! I love the choreography, the moves and the music! I felt super sad because I’m gonna miss next week’s lesson. I’m sacrificing for my trip to Cambodia.

Birthdays

my typical Monday

Posted on December 10th, 2007 @ 6:21 pm

Dear diary,

It’s a rainy Monday.

The sky holds the same tone throughout the day – it’s the grey and gloomy tone.

This makes me feel like I’m in the movie – “You’ve Got Mail”. I watched it during my high school years.

Finally I spend a day at home, getting the domestic chores done. It’s always good to chill at home.
