organized xiao long bao (dumplings) making workshop for the Pavilion Juniors in award-winning Chinese cuisine Din Tai Fung.

I learned that an excellent soup dumpling has a minimum of 18 fine folds. To qualify as a chef in Din Tai Fung, one must not be left-handed because the perfect fold can only be achieved by the right hand.
